So much going on in the space. What tools actually add value to the customer? And why?

In my opinion, generative content creation tools and customer support bots. These tools are much cheaper than paying humans to do the same type of tasks.

4. Sentiment Analysis Tools

Usually very specific use cases of AI applied to verticals or specific niches. These means the applicatino of AI has been thought through, there's real business logic there expressed through the interface or through the prompting.

There's a lot of ChatGPT wrapper companies out there. Some make money. Others don't!

If someone made a real locally ran computer AI assistant (3d model, customizable), with voice, intelligence, text, roleplay, could be a multi-model (with vision, the kind where it can see the screen and or files dropped in), and smart enough to be competent (and not require online after install, nor cost a monthly subscription, (be stand alone)), then thats the ideal product for companies and users alike imo.
