AI does not seem to have changed anything about me on a personal level but it has changed how I work and how I generate ideas now for my writing work.
Writer's block was always a pain when it came to my work but AI now helps me develop ideas and help my writing become more creative.
I do not see AI phasing out any time soon or at all if I am honest. AI is something that is still fairly new at the moment and how much it can do right now is amazing.
Over the years we will see it progress more and become more clever over time. I believe AI is here to stay.
At this time, looking at how far advanced AI technology is I do not believe that it would be able to augment human creativity. This is not something that I will say is going to stay that way but will in time, change when AI becomes more advanced.
I tend to get ready and dressed in the morning and always seem to wear the same clothes that I feel comfortable in, it is like a comfort thing for me.
AI being able to be your fashion stylist would help so much in finding styles that suited me but would also make getting ready each day a...
I am still looking into so many AI tools, the more I find ones the more intrigued I am. For the most part, I have been using ChatGPT a lot which I have found useful and has helped a lot with my writing work.
Google Bard sounds interesting so will be aiming to check that out.
This is a good question and one that I can say I had not thought about until now. AI can do so much already, it could have so many different hobbies from writing to even creating art or music.
Writing I would think would be a big hobby for AI.
AI is so clever that I could not even imagine what video games we may see that are created using AI technology. I do worry about game developers though and how AI may affect their work in years to come when we do start seeing AI technology used more for game development.
I run one blog that I am working on and even though I have used ChatGPT to gain ideas for me to write on, I never copy and paste content directly from ChatGPT to my blog. I instead take the content from ChatGPT and then write it in my own words so that it is my content and thoughts.
ChatGPT...
This is a great question. AI taking over city planning would be something I would love to see.
In terms of what we would see when it comes to AI taking over city planning, I believe we would see things such as:
Smart Buildings
Transportation Network that is efficient
Land use that is...
This is a great question and one I find interesting, mainly because I feel that something such as AI would come up with some great recipes but would give it AI-type names when it comes to a cookbook.
The ones that come to mind for me are:
AI-Generated Fusion Tacos
Algorithmic Stir-Fry
Quantum...
AI systems in a baking show sounds interesting but never something I thought I would hear.
I feel something like this would be good in a competition style where contestants in the bake-off created their own AI to bake and the best one would win. Would be interesting to see just how well AI...
Limiting access to ChatGPT would cause an uproar, especially with how many people are using ChatGPT to help with ideas when it comes to work.
I agree with this. Restricting who can use ChatGPT would cause more issues than is needed. Having rules in place would be the better option.
As much as we are guaranteed to see faults in AI, these faults will eventually be eliminated making them no longer an issue.
Faults will give those who have jobs that could potentially be taken over by AI a chance to stay ahead but will always catch up.
This is unfortunately a very worrying time. With so many relying on AI for their social skills and also skills within writing, we could very well be on the way to seeing a generation who will not learn essential human social skills like most of us have done in the past and instead rely on AI.
It is a very worrying time for artists and illustrators, especially those who rely on their skills to make an income. As you said, we have seen Midjourney become better with each release and we know that it will only continue to become better over time.
We can only hope that those who are...
It is true what you say that AI so far has not been able to generate anything unique and has instead been taking things that others have already created and making them into something else.
To answer your question as to whether we would see true creativity from AI, it is possible but how long...
It has been scary to see just how fast AI has developed in such a small amount of time and we know it will only develop further over time.
It is a real worry as to whether AI will become clever enough to take over jobs that many of us do now that we rely on to make a living.
I have a feeling...
Hi there, I am Shortie and I am a mother of 4 and I also enjoy playing video games! I have grown interested in AI and am often amazed at how fast it is developing. Looking forward to checking out the community here.
Thank you so much for the welcome :)
