True, teachers need to be humans. However, the educational method that is in existence these days will be obsolete shortly. The teaching methods used by teachers will be outdated in the future. education will be more than memorizing information.I think the pandemic was a good example of why face-to-face teaching and human teaching are very important. There is nothing more important than ensuring that a child and even adults get the best education.
As much as you can learn from AI, it will never be on par with human-teaching.
The level of involvement of AI in education today have been very impressive. Does AI have the capacity of dominating our olden traditional way of learning? The answer to that question is YES. AI can do more than what it can in its current state and this is the only thing holding back this reality from hitting us.Not at this moment. Current AI would assist teachers in terms of lesson preparation. It doesn't have the skills to effectively teach/train anyone on its own. For instance, AI isn't good at deciphering how each student should be handled because everyone learns differently.
I agree! The traditional way of learning will always be preserved one way or another but what doesn't have any guarantees is how the be affected by the use of AI educational tools. We have seen how it's affecting the job sectors already and it's very devastating for some workers. No I don't think that traditional way of learning will entirely go absolete. The truth is that artificial intelligence cannot take the place of human teachers as students need human touch There's much more to educational training than what AI may want to offer. students' need human's support that will help to groom and mold them same with boosting their emotional intelligence which humans teachers can easily offer
What I can only see happening is that some teachers might lose their jobs especially those who couldn't adopt using AI tools to teach. Also, a teacher can use AI tools and it would make it possible for him or her to do the job of 3 teachers at once, thereby costing two people of their jobs.It will never take the place of the teachers but it is sure that Ai can be used to improve the quality of the education and enhancement of the system. Teachers can also learn new things from Ai that can help them to make a connection with the students. Ai can be implemented to train students and teachers to leverage their technical, emotional, personal, social and moral skills.
With the rate at which human beings are depending on the use of technology now, I wouldn't be surprised if AI completely wins in the end when it comes to battling with our traditional educational system. I wouldn't want this to happen but technically, it's possible. The level of involvement of AI in education today have been very impressive. I totally agree with your answer, as each student has individual needs that Ai can't adequately address at this moment, nor has the capacity of human emotional intelligence to understand. No I don't think that traditional way of learning will entirely go absolete. I believe that AI is actually capable of addressing such needs of each students as long as they provided the AI program the information it needs to work with and give them what they are interested in. If they don't do that, no AI will read their minds to know exactly what they needed.I totally agree with your answer, as each student has individual needs that Ai can't adequately address at this moment, nor has the capacity of human emotional intelligence to understand.
The reality is that human beings will keep using and depending on technology for as long as they can once it's useful to them. It's why AI have been steadily used in teaching and education frequently.I dunno, I knew a teacher and she used ChatGPT to create some of her lesson plans....
What even is humanity and where is the line?
The truth of the matter is that AI programs like ChatGPT and Google Bard makes life and jobs easier. A lesson plan which might take hours if not days can be created with ChatGPT or Google Bard in less than 10 minutes. Why wouldn't any teacher make use of such AI programs?I dunno, I knew a teacher and she used ChatGPT to create some of her lesson plans....

Rather than viewing AI as a replacement for traditional schooling, we should see it as a powerful tool to enhance learning and teaching. An AI-driven education system could support educators by automating administrative tasks, identifying students' strengths and weaknesses, and offering personalized learning materials. By integrating AI into classrooms, we can create a dynamic and adaptive learning environment that fosters student success while preserving the human aspect of education. With AI's ability to personalize learning and provide instant information, will traditional schooling become outdated?
What would an AI-driven education system look like, and how would it change our approach to learning and teaching?
