Why Doesn't Bard Have a Mobile App Yet?

It's surprising that Bard still doesn't have an official mobile app yet. The website works on mobile browsers, but a dedicated app would make the experience much smoother.

Hopefully Google prioritizes releasing iOS and Android apps soon to allow easier access to Bard on the go. Typing long conversational prompts on a small touchscreen isn't ideal.

Does anyone have updates on if/when we can expect Bard mobile apps to be launched? Accessibility is key.

Unfortunately, Bard still lacks persistent sessions and needs reloading. Also, the mobile experience feels clunky, with awkward page scrolling. seamless cross-device functionality is really needed.

I think Google for the first time were taken unawares by a tech revolution when Open AI launched Chat GPT. They had to hurriedly put up a response with the Gemini that powers Bard. I trust Google to work on improving Bard as time goes on.

For Bard having a specialised app, I am still in the dark if any other language model does. But if they do, trust Google to come up with an app with time.

I completely agree. It's really surprising that Bard hasn't launched a mobile app yet, considering the increasing reliance on mobile devices would make it more convenient for users on the go. I hope the developers are working on it, as accessibility should be a top priority. Let's keep our fingers crossed for updates on the release of Bard's mobile apps soon.

Absolutely. It's puzzling why Bard hasn't introduced a mobile app yet. I'm hopeful they're prioritizing it, given how crucial accessibility is. Let's stay optimistic and hope we get some updates soon.

I do not think Google will release Bard application for the mobile users since Google Assistant is already there. Also, Google Bard needs much improvisation in comparison to others ai chatbot before launching its app in the market.

Bard now Gemini released a mobile app for Android and iOS quite recently. I think it was released just this month. The app is available as a standalone app on playstore and an extension on the Google Tab on iOS.
