The best advice I got from Stoicism is to never blame anyone for anything. Even if it seems obvious that it wasn't your fault, the idea that you were there when it happened makes it your responsibility. This perspective has significantly impacted how I approach challenges and take ownership of my actions.

You?

The best advice I have ever heard is to learn how to say thank you. It is very simple: just say thank you for everything without saying anything else, and you will have a good relationship with the person who helped you.

I should always try to forgive everyone that wrongs me. Doing this will help me protect my sanity as I would be leaving the person to their conscience to deal with. it has been working for me and I continue to live this way
