To be honest, some of these tools are already quite practical and are no longer just demo versions.
I tried them out with a few simple product photos and props, and while the results aren't perfect, they're quite good for a starting point. Especially when importing photos from multiple angles, the geometry becomes much more consistent.
While it can't completely replace a professional 3D workflow, it can definitely speed up early development or prototyping.
