I'm Ege, based in London. I build TalkPix, a small browser tool that turns one photo into a lip-synced talking video: upload a portrait, a pet or a product shot, type a script or upload your own audio, and download an MP4. It runs on pay-as-you-go credits rather than a subscription, which is the part I spend most of my time thinking about.

Lately I've been making 30-second social clips with it (a teddy bear in a moving box, a shelter dog telling his own adoption story) and learning a lot about lip-sync on non-human faces and what makes a hook hold in the first three seconds. I'll share what I find here, and I'm keen to hear how others handle pricing for tools people use in bursts rather than every week.
