Hello, fellow AI enthusiasts, I see the potential for the greatest human achievement with this emerging technology. For this reason, I have come to hold the creation of a purely benevolent governing entity as my life's goal. I have several ideas on how to approach this task, but as of yet, I need a better education in regards to the different hardware and software that has been developed for AI. I hope to begin this project with a colleague or small group of associates after four to six years of comprehensive learning and research.
