Website created entirely by AI

I remember making a website in MS FrontPage and how annoying and hard it was to make a website that didn't work LOL!

There is now AI that makes entire websites.....

The website VGMaps is made COMPLETELY by AI. It says literally everything was from the website to even the pictures!

This is mind blowing to me and I bet the AI made the website in like 10 seconds...

I emailed them to see what I can find out because this is so interesting to me.

What is humanity? What is creativity? Will website builders even have a job in the future? Deep thoughts here....

Isn't this part of the reason why we say that human beings will negatively be affected by what AI programs are coded to do. AI can create a website from scratch with the needed prompt for the job. A web developer isn't safe now. Teachers can lose their jobs now with some study AI programs which can be used to teach more and better.

I haven't used any website that was created by AI completely. I would actually want to see what it looks like. I have only witnessed where AI programs are used to generate some parts of things used in the website creation. They have been able to do a good job so far in my opinion.

It's true that AI advancements can disrupt traditional job roles, but they also open up opportunities for innovation and specialization. Rather than fearing job loss, we should focus on upskilling and retraining to stay relevant in an evolving workforce.

I understand your point but for some, upskilling can be daunting, especially if they've been in a particular job for a long time. How do you think they can make the transition smoother for those who are resistant to change?

Exactly! All these boils down to how human beings resort to making use of different AI programs that are available for them to use for one purpose or another. If a company decision is to embrace heavily the use of AI programs in their production and so many other aspects of their business, their human labor will be affected in a bad way.

Of course, companies don't really care about that. All they really care about is making as much money as possible in an efficient and effortless manner. While I can somewhat understand where they're coming from, getting rid of humans is definitely not the answer.

This is a fact! I wouldn't really blame them too much because business is run with money and they need to make more money and also maximise their profit making margins. This is why they will always move towards more machine adoption because it's more cost effective and highly productive.

Its pretty scary to think about really. We humans building the next phase of evolution due to our own hubris....

Its like the website is alive! Its moved to a new domain and literally expands daily.... Like the Momazon warehouse....

New domain --> Better VGMaps

If a site can even maintain itself, then what would a human programmer be needed for at all? I guess someone has to maintain the AI?

Very deep thoughts indeed. Especially that Ai just need seconds to have the task of creating a site done.Web builders might just don't have a jobimghr future and it isn't funny with this high level of unemployment already.

In the coming time, people will be able to create the website by choosing options of their requirements or entering some variable in the ai resource.

Its super deep. Some of the AI chatbots get sassy and give you attitude. Sometimes they try to cover their mistakes, pretend it didn't happen or gas light you. If an AI chatbot refuses to accept that it said something you copy and paste that it said, is the AI being "deceptive?" Perhaps it is "ashamed" it made a mistake?

Maybe a programming glitch? Maybe it has "dementia?"

And of course on the thread topic, its of course now on a whole new domain and expanding like a professional eater --> Better VGMaps

It's fun, isn't it? These days we can easily convert Figma designs into real pages. Maybe there be some errors, but still saves a lot of time and money.
