This is a good idea for businesses with lots of small transactions and customers. Regarding the video avatar, I feel that an audio-only interview would be a bit more accessible and probably yield more authentic stories from customers. These video avatars (Even the best from HeyGen) are still in the uncanny valley, and any normal well adjusted person would be a little weirded out by this process. That would change how open they are to share personal stories.

How does the AI ensure the customer interviews capture genuine, nuanced feedback instead of just surface-level responses, and can users review or tweak the interview questions before sending out the collector link?

I played around with it last week and was surprised at how fast it pulled together solid testimonials without me chasing anyone down. For small business video marketing, this could seriously save time and help make customer stories feel more real. I liked that it didn’t feel scripted, which is usually the problem with stuff like this. Just need to tweak the prompts a bit if you want a specific tone.
