Looking for a Tool to Make Meeting Transcripts, Summaries, and Action Items Easier

As a fitness trainer, I host sessions in person, over the phone, and via Zoom.

Currently, I spend over 15 hours a week on session notes and client follow-ups. While Zoom's free summary tool has been helpful, it only covers Zoom sessions.

I'm on the lookout for an AI tool that can transcribe, summarize, and provide action items/goals for sessions across all platforms. I also use a fitness app on my iPhone for calls with my clients. Recommendations?

Check out Otter.ai for transcribing and summarizing sessions across platforms. It's user-friendly and works well with in-person, phone, and Zoom sessions. Plus, it integrates with various apps, including iPhone fitness apps. Solid choice for saving time on notes and follow-ups.

I have no personal experience with Fathom, but I believe this is the tool that will meet your requirements. Fathom is an AI tool for meeting notes. The tool will record, transcribe, and summarize meetings. Once the meeting ends, you can get the recording and the transcription, which you can copy and paste into Gmail, Google Docs, etc.

Otter AI just beats any other competitor in this aspect. It's note taking and keywords generation are second to none. And you know what? It is free. Do many people are using Otter ai to make good money from transaction platforms.

I use one called talknotes. it doesn't just transcribe it takes what was recorded and creates lists, blogposts or Many other formats it also has the option to create your own prompt for an output and I find it does really well and is quite affordable
