Akool mentioned that Seedance 1.5 is coming soon, but I haven’t seen any official announcements or detailed previews yet.

Has anyone here heard more concrete information, features, release timeline, or early tests?
 
Quick update: there is now an official release page for Seedance 1.5 Pro from ByteDance’s Seed team, along with a technical report/paper. The headline seems to be joint audio-video generation (native lip-sync + sound effects/voice), stronger instruction following, and better cinematic control (camera moves / scene coherence).


I’ve also seen mentions that it’s available via ByteDance/BytePlus channels with broader API access rolling out soon. If anyone here has early hands-on results, I’d love to hear about real-world constraints (max duration, consistency across shots, audio quality on longer clips, pricing/credits, etc.).
