Why is Claude's Summarization Quality Declining? Or is it just me?

I've encountered serious issues when asking Claude to condense paragraphs for a concise report. Not only does it misinterpret logic and information, but the writing also becomes poor and unconventional.

The sentences appear small, incomplete, and fragmented. This problem seems recent, as I was previously impressed with Claude's performance. I have a premium subscription with Claude.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues, or is there a known update that might have impacted the model? Here's an example, but considering English is not my first language, I wonder if it's a comprehension issue on my part.
