Every growing business seems to reach the point where documents become a bottleneck.
Invoices.
Purchase orders.
Contracts.
Customer forms.
Receipts.
The interesting part is that everyone seems to automate something different first.
Some start with invoice processing.
Others automate contract review.
Some focus on document search.
I recently came across a good explanation of intelligent document processing, and it got me thinking that most businesses probably underestimate how much time gets spent simply moving information between documents and systems.
If you could automate only one document process tomorrow, what would it be?
Why that one?
