I've noticed an interesting trend in the AI tool space: we're moving from platforms that help you build chatbots (like traditional chatbot builders) to platforms that give you ready-to-use AI agents.

The difference is significant:
- Chatbot builders give you tools and templates, but you still need to configure flows, write responses, and manage the logic yourself
- Agent as a Service platforms give you pre-configured agents that can already handle calls, route customers, search knowledge bases, and transfer to humans — you just plug in your business info and deploy

This reminds me of the shift from "on-premise servers" to "cloud services" — instead of building infrastructure, you just consume a service.

What does everyone think about this trend? Is "Agent as a Service" really the next step, or is it just a marketing term for the same thing with a wrapper?

Some potential concerns I can think of:
- Less customization control
- Dependency on a single platform
- What happens when the agent can't handle something unexpected?

Would love to hear perspectives from builders and users alike.
