Claude was created by Anthropic to be helpful, harmless, and honest. How does it compare in capabilities and conversational ability to chatbots like ChatGPT and Google Bard?

This is a tricky one, because the difference will depend on how good you prompt them and you area of study. Some topics are just damn hard for all the models to handle.
 
I think it depends on the input you are inserting whether it is general, technical, social, or any other. It is integrated with the data which handles it's operation and give results based on that data. Moreover, correct prompting is essential for the best results.
