Are small, recurring reconciliation errors a good use case for AI-driven analysis?

Most of our reconciliation issues are not big numbers. They are small differences that get cleared manually and forgotten. Over time, though, the same types of breaks keep coming back, and nobody really steps back to fix the root cause.

It feels like we are constantly treating symptoms instead of addressing why these mismatches happen in the first place.

We started looking at Collatio Accounts Reconciliation software partly to see patterns in our breaks and not just clear them. The idea is to understand which systems or processes are creating recurring issues.

Does anyone here track root causes of reconciliation breaks? Or is it mostly about clearing differences and moving on?
