Any Chat-GPT replacement that could work on local memory?

While I always try to keep sampling every new AI tool that comes up, Ghat-GPT used to be my favorite mainly due to the memory feature, I fed it a lot of my personal feelings, circumstances and values which gave me much tailored and personalized responses, but recently due to the " memory full" problem it has become almost entirely unusefull to be because I can no longer tell it to remember something that I might refer to later.
Is there any way I could have or make something similar that could also give me personalized responses but with no memory limit? maybe work on local memory ?
