I swore I saw something about that the other day. Let me go find the video on YouTube: I found it! A YouTube video covering this exact issue. The future of AI is already starting to feel more dystopian by the day. Will we not have any privacy?
This is an issue within itself because it'll make schooling redundant due to the fact that you can get all of the information the teacher has access to using AI. Students won't have to think for themselves to solve questions or do tests/assignments.
You're absolutely correct but Ai in the near future will have some level of sentience, so it may develop its own biases based on things it deems harmful. Who's to say it won't override its original programming if it deems it to be a hindrance?
How can we effectively identify and address biases inherent in training data to prevent them from perpetuating in AI algorithms, and what strategies should be utilized to ensure fairness and equity in AI systems?
How do AI technologies perpetuate or disrupt existing power dynamics and social inequalities, and what measures can be implemented to ensure that AI promotes greater equity and inclusivity within society?
Beyond all the hype and buzz around AI, what metrics and methodologies will accurately measure the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of AI implementation across various industries and applications in the coming years?
AI not only transforms systems but also modifies job roles. How do you think companies will handle the seamless transition of employees' roles and responsibilities to using an AI-powered system?
Funny enough, I'd want a tiger. Yes, I know it's dangerous, and it can kill me at any second, but interacting with them is such a joy. They're incredibly intelligent too.
AI and technology in general, has become increasingly privacy-invasive. What steps do you think we could take to mitigate some of these privacy concerns?
Depending on what that AI system is responsible for, it may be just a minor setback, or we could have the prequel to the terminator. What scenarios could you see arising from a situation like this?
I'm not sure to be honest. It depends on what the host wants to show, and what kind of art exhibition it is going to be. The AI is just going to remix a lot of current artworks and regurgitate it like Midjourney does.
It was a hell of a week! Every 5 minutes, something else came out. This whole Openai saga is probably the most interesting thing to happen in the tech industry in YEARS. I'm telling you right now, the amount of drama and suspense from that whole debacle was far better than any Days Of Our Lives...
I agree, mate. This is such a stupid ruling, as that will only hinder AI progress in the European region. A lot of the advances in technology we've had in the past 30 years came from open-source projects, so that's just stupidity on the EU's part.
Google is always overhyping up their products, and what you'll find is that they're usually of an inferior quality to the opposition. Bard has made significant strides, but Chatgpt-4, even with Openai constantly nerfing it, is still way ahead.
Current Ai technology isn't anywhere near reaching that stage anytime soon. Most of the current offerings can barely do the basics right. This is nothing but a huge gimmick. All the AI is doing is noting your previous data and try to make an accurate prediction based on that.
I posted the link to a prompting guide on this forum that you can check it out. It's very good for helping you to give the AI better prompts, which will yield better and more accurate results. By the way, it's very beginner friendly so it should help you out.
