Hey there, I’m Eric, a former corporate type who got the heck out and who fell in love with the art of connection. Back in 2009, I took everything I’d learned about confidence and conversation, threw it into what became Jaunty.org, and built a “social skills gym” where people could practice showing up as themselves.

Over the last decade, more than 10,000 members have stepped onto our platform, learning to read body language, trust their instincts, and dare to be a little bolder in real life.

Along the way I wrote Approach, my handbook for turning that nervous flutter in your chest into genuine ease, whether you’re stepping into a crowded room, asking someone out, or leading a team meeting.

But as more of our lives moved into DMs and group chats, I watched folks I cared about freeze up at the blinking cursor. That’s why I created Composed (getcomposed.io): it’s not just another reply generator, but a tool that learns how you talk, spots the emotions behind incoming messages, and offers suggestions that sound authentically you - warm, witty, and totally un‑robotic.

What drives me is simple: I love seeing someone connect with someone else. I’m humbled by the trust people place in Jaunty and Composed, and energized by the chance to help you bring your best self to every chat, date, pitch, and hello. I know it works, it helped me meet my beautiful wife and be able to grow my wonderful family and social life.
